HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Pre-order products are usually limited edition one time run items. They are only available to purchase during the pre-order period.  Orders ship a few weeks after the end of the pre-order period.  Estimated ship dates are always listed in the product descriptions.  Orders containing non pre-order items will be shipped together with the Pre-order items. All pre-order items are excluded from discounts and coupon codes. All sales are final for all Pre-order items, No refunds or exchanges.

 

WHEN CAN I ORDER PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Pre-order items can only be purchased during the pre-order period.  Once an item is released the pre-order period is listed in the item description.

 

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED FOR PRE-ORDERS?

You are charged at the time you checkout and your order is successfully placed. You will always get an order confirmation screen as well as an order confirmation email once your order is processed. If you don't receive one, check your spam/junk mail folders and be sure to add sales@eatsleeprace.com to your address book to ensure you receive all order notification emails.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE AFTER I ORDER?

Changes to your size can only be made during the pre-order period for that item. Once the pre-order period ends changes cannot be made to your pre-order items. Reach out to support with any change requests using our contact form: https://www.eatsleeprace.com/contact-us/

I MOVED, CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Changes to your address details can only be made if your order has not been processed and shipped. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

HOW COME COUPON CODES ARN'T WORKING?

All pre-order items are excluded from all discounts codes as stated in the product descriptions.

 

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders are always listed in the item descriptions.  We do our best to ship on or before those dates. If delays do occur we will notify you via email with updates. Once your order ships you will always receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number.  If you don't receive one, check your spam/junk mail folders and be sure to add sales@eatsleeprace.com to your address book to ensure you receive all order notification emails.

I HAD NON-PREORDER ITEMS IN MY ORDER, WHEN DO I GET THOSE?

Orders containing non pre-order items will be shipped together with the Pre-order item(s).

 

I JUST GOT MY ORDER, CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE IT?

All sales are final for all Pre-order items, No refunds or exchanges are available. 

 

WILL I GET ANY UPDATES AFTER I ORDER?

You will receive key order notifications and updates via email:
1. Order confirmation at the time your order
2. Follow up email at the end of the pre-order period
3. Shipping confirmation containing your tracking number once your order is shipped.

I FORGOT TO PLACE AN ORDER AND NOW THE PRE-ORDER PERIOD IS OVER, ANY WAY I CAN STILL GET ONE?

Unfortunately, once the pre-order period closes, that item is no longer available for purchase.  So be sure to get your order in during the pre-order period!

 

ITS BEEN A FEW DAYS..WHERE'S MY ORDER? WILL I GET IT FASTER IF I KEEP EMAILING AND ASKING FOR IT?

While we love hearing from you guys, emailing us to ask about the status of the pre-orders will not speed up the process. Shipping estimates are listed in this FAQ as well as the product details.  We will be updating you throughout the process. Don't worry we won't forget about you! You will receive a shipping notification via email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
