How long
will it take for my order to ship?
Once an order has been placed your order will be processed and
shipped within 1-3 business days.
How long
does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 business
days). International shipments via USPS Express mail or FedEx
and usually take about 3-6 business days.
*(Weather conditions, holidays, or incorrect shipping information
can delay shipments)
Why was
my order flagged or cancelled?
1. We have sold out of the item you ordered.
2. Our payment processor's fraud detection tool has flagged your
payment.
*If you order has been flagged or cancelled you will receive an
e-mail notice.
How do
I know my order went through?
After your order has been placed you will receive an e-mail confirmation
that states what you ordered and the address that it will be shipped
to.
I didn't
receive a confirmation e-mail, what should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail you should: Check
your spam box in your e-mail account. If you still haven't received
it please contact customer support. info@eatsleeprace.com
How do
I know when my order shipped?
You will receive an email notification from USPS and/or Google
Checkout with your Delivery confirmation number.
What payment
methods are accepted?
Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover. All payments
are processed through Google Checkout.
SHIPPING
Why does
it say $999.99 for shipping/handling during checkout?
This is due to the overload of our website server at the time
of your purchase -- It places the default value of $999.99 if
it is unable to calculate your shipping fees. We recommend trying
to make your purchase at a later time in order to avoid this issue.

Do you
ship internationally?
Yes we are able to ship accept international orders. Free shipping
does not apply to international shipments.
Who pays
for customs, duties, taxes, & brokerage fees?
EAT SLEEP RACE ships all international packages 'Delivery Duties
Unpaid'. This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage
fees are not charged by EAT SLEEP RACE and are the responsibility
of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails
to pay these fees and they are assessed to EAT SLEEP RACE, the
customer's credit card on file will be charged for all fees &
late charges associated with the delivered package. If you do
not agree to these terms please do not order
How do
I get a shipping quote?
To get a shipping quote follow these steps:
- Add product(s) to your shopping cart
- View your shopping cart
- Checkout by clicking the Google Checkout image
- Log into your account or sign up for a Google Checkout account
- Your total will be displayed including s/h. Your credit card
will not be charged until you decide to continue with the purchase

Does
EAT SLEEP RACE accept return?
We are happy to return your order within 30 days of the purchase
date. Please read our Return Policy below.

EATSLEEPRACE.com understands that ordering online is not always
an easy task, and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of
you. We want to make your online shopping experience as easy as
possible. We are happy to return merchandise that falls within
the following guidelines.
Return
Guidelines * ** ***:
1. Items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date
will be eligible for cash refund and items returned within 30
days will be issued store credit. Returns received after this
date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. Tags are attached and the item is in its original packaging.
3. Item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the
same condition as when you received them.
4. Item(s) are completely resalable.
How
to return an item:
Before returning a package, simply e-mail us with your reason
(info below) and request a return authorization number. The buyer
is responsible for the cost(s) to ship back the package. No returns
will be accepted without a return authorization number on the
outside of the box. No returns will be accepted with a C.O.D.
attached.

Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the
package securely. Circle the item(s) you are returning. (For your
protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable
form of shipping. We are not responsible for lost or damaged goods
in transit back to EATSLEEPRACE.com)
2. Write the Return Authorization number (provided by EAT SLEEP
RACE) on the outside of the shipping box with a marker.
